We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in Mozambique, Mozambique. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, leading a team of associates, and ensuring efficient and effective warehouse management.

  • Lead and mentor a team of warehouse associates, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize warehouse efficiency and productivity
  • Oversee inventory management, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely order fulfillment
  • Coordinate with other departments to streamline supply chain processes
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
  • Analyze warehouse metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement
  • Implement and maintain quality control measures to minimize errors and maximize customer satisfaction
  • Manage staffing levels and schedules to meet operational demands
  • Collaborate with upper management to develop and achieve long-term goals for the warehouse
  • 1-3 years of experience in supply chain, fulfillment, or distribution segments
  • 1-3 years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license and successful completion of a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check
  • Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS), preferably Korber or similar software
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA, CDL, DOT, and MHE regulations
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency in inventory management systems
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English
  • Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations in Mozambique
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field preferred but not required
