Outpatient Billing Officer

Bringing together multi-specialty clinics and state-of-the-art diagnostic services the new center is dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate outpatient care.

• Receives patients’ documents through WhatsApp, secures the authorization using dedicated online interface, and registers the required information on the WhatsApp logging system.
• Informs patients about the status of their authorization and requests any additional information.
• Receives patients and performs registration procedure on HIS System.
• Checks necessary documents and IDs for accuracy and completeness.
• Verifies patients’ third party payer coverage for eligibility and obtains authorizations using dedicated online interfaces for walk-in patients.
• Prepares and issues invoices.
• Performs daily audits on invoices and third-party payer documents issued and coordinates timely delivery of invoices with Outpatient Center coordinator.
• Answers telephone and responds to inquiry or refers caller to appropriate personnel; handles patient inquiries on services bill

• BA Degree or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in outpatient billing field.
• Administrative skills, Organization, and Time Management abilities.
• Customer Service skills and Communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Demonstrates a strong ability to identify, analyze and solve problems. Ability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Arabic; French is a plus.
• Strong communication skills.
