We are seeking highly motivated, detail-oriented professionals to join our dynamic team at arenowned law firm inSed El Bouchrieh. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to theday-to-day operations of a fast-paced legal environment while gaining hands-on experience in a variety of roles.

We’re hiring forfull-time, in-office positions across several functions, includingadministration, accounting, data entry, and writing. These positions offer a unique chance to grow professionally while handling a broad range of responsibilities—from routine administrative tasks to high-level projects that involve interacting with embassies or managing sensitive client matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeoffice operations: scheduling, client relations, organizing documents, and ensuring smooth day-to-day workflow.
  • Handleaccounting tasks: invoicing, budgeting, financial record-keeping, and other key functions.
  • Performdata entry and maintain a well-organized filing and documentation system.
  • Assist withwriting projects, including articles, legal content, and correspondence.
  • Runerrands and support external tasks, including liaising with embassies and other institutions.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong work ethic, patience, and the ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
  • Aprofessional and proactive attitude with a keen attention to detail.
  • Fluency in Arabic (advanced English is a strong plus).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (any additional tech skills are a bonus).
  • High school diploma required,college education preferred.
  • Experience inadministration or related fields is advantageous, butno legal experience is necessary—we will train you in the legal specifics.
