We are seeking a talented and innovative Architect to join our team in Beirut, Lebanon. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and functionally efficient architectural designs for a variety of projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the urban landscape of Beirut and contribute to the city's architectural legacy.
- Develop and present architectural designs, plans, and drawings for residential, commercial, and public projects
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure project goals are met
- Manage projects from concept through completion, including budget oversight and timeline adherence
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure design integrity
- Create detailed technical drawings and specifications using advanced architectural software
- Incorporate sustainable design principles and energy-efficient solutions into projects
- Stay updated on local building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations
- Mentor junior architects and contribute to the overall growth of the design team
- Participate in business development activities and client presentations
- Ensure all designs comply with accessibility standards and environmental regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture; Master's degree preferred
- Valid architectural license or registration in Lebanon
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management
- Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
- Strong knowledge of Lebanese building codes, regulations, and construction practices
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, team members, and stakeholders
- Proven track record of delivering innovative and sustainable design solutions
- Keen attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Leadership experience and the ability to mentor junior team members
- Fluency in Arabic and English; French language skills are a plus
- Familiarity with sustainable design principles and LEED certification processes
- Willingness to travel occasionally for site visits and client meetings
