The Wilderness Resort is seeking hardworking, dependable, enthusiastic, customer service driven individuals to join our fast-paced team! Employees have access to great benefits, amenity usage, and so much more!

TheBartender prepares and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and may serve food, while taking orders, verifying identification, collecting payment, and accurately handling cash and transactions.
 

This is a full-time position with day, night and weekend availability.

Essential duties and tasks of the position include but are not limited to:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Take food and beverage orders directly from patrons.
• Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes.
• Collect payment for food and beverages served.
• Maintain accuracy and accountability of a cash bank, including cash, credit card, and room charge transactions.
• Wear proper uniform and name tag at all times.
• Verify customer identification to ensure compliance with legal age requirements for alcohol purchase.
• Actively monitor and limit issues and liability related to excessive alcohol consumption.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and presentable work environment.
• Perform duties of other positions within the outlet as business levels and staffing require, including but not limited to cashier, cook, busser, dishwasher, host, server, and ID attendant.
• Fully uphold all department standards, policies, and procedures.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by management.
