Full-Time, Paid Training Program with pathway to Permanent Employment

The Oregon Veterans Home in The Dalles is offering a unique opportunity to become a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) through a paid training program, withall tuition and certification costs covered. PAYMENT INCLUDES:Start employment on the day you begin classes and be paid for all hours while attending! $15.00/hour during classroom portion, a pay increase after graduation, and $22.86/hour after state certification with annual, union bargain increases guaranteed. Employment will be considered temporary (without benefits) until course completion.

Requirements🖇️

• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Commitment to complete training and gain Oregon CNA certification
• Willingness to work for OVH one year after certification
• Must be able to work evening shift (2-10pm) following graduation until other shifts become available
