Job Summary: The Center Manager is accountable for delivering high-quality, efficient and effective services for our imaging patients and families in a high complexity center(s). This position will oversee contrast administration as well. Creates a positive and collaborative work environment while supervising the daily activities, patient flow, operations, clinical procedures, and performance of center staff. Participates in short-term and long-range planning and business development.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Â
- Perform patient assessments and determine appropriateness for contrast administration in accordance with established protocols and applicable regulations.
- Monitor patients receiving IV contrast.
- Evaluate and manage contrast reactions and extravasations.
- Document all contrast-related events, patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
- Provide clinical decision-making and support regarding contrast administration and patient safety.
Manages center(s) within a single geographic area
- Maintains positive working relationships with joint venture partnerships, if applicable
- Acts as the owner of the P&L with responsibility for escalating issues and concerns
- Develops, reviews, and implements action plans based on financial reporting to enhance center performance
- Attends training to stay up to date on best practices and protocols
- Implements and manages the training and onboarding program for new associates
- Participates in the staff planning and hiring process for new associates
- Leads regular team and department meetings and employee one-on-ones
- Monitors and approves timecards on a daily or weekly basis
- Leads, initiates, and participates in annual performance evaluations, development and performance management of associates
- Establishes associate schedules to provide for planned time off, ensuring appropriate staffing levels and adequate coverage
- Evaluates, implements, and manages workflow and process improvements for the department
- Ensures the department has knowledge of company and department policies and corresponding procedures are in place
- Supports employees ensuring highest level of patient satisfaction
- Develops methods for measuring and monitoring team and department performance

Qualifications:
- Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program
- Current unrestricted Pennsylvania licensure as a Physician Assistant (PA-C)
- Current DEA registration if required for job duties
- Current BLS and ACLS certification
- At least 3 years of experience as a licensed Physician’s AssistantÂ
- Business management experienceÂ
- Knowledge of financial acumen and ability to manage P&L
- Graduate level education
- Ability to take initiative to improve processes, think strategically and identify trends
- Ability to provide open, honest feedback to improve decision making
- Ability to influence across the organization and work effectively with all levels of management
and staff
- Ability to maintain and build constructive relationships that produce results
- Ability to effectively supervise exempt and non-exempt staff
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet established deadlines
- Ability to be flexible in schedule and adaptable to constant change
- Ability to effectively handle details with accuracy
- Ability to deliver high quality customer service to internal and external customers by communicating with integrity and compassion
