Intern - Performance Innovations Process Analyst

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

• Review and interpret performance measures with business manager In partnership with manager, determines process performance requirements and appropriate measures.
• Supports manager to ensure that the effectiveness and efficiency of the process are improved.
• Assist in conflict resolution.
• Works with the manager to ensure people and skill requirements of the process are met.
• Conduct research around process performance reports inside and outside the industry to inform the Process Leads.
• Works with manager to understand financial impact, skill set requirements, and legal and compliance issues for a process.

WHAT YOU NEED TO APPLY:

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree or advanced degree program
• Understands & demonstrates the importance of developing and maintaining cooperative relationships at all levels of the organization, despite differing perspectives.
• Possesses some level of knowledge within the discipline supported. 
• Strong communication skills. 
• The ability to effectively communicate to stakeholders
• Ability to commit to a full time 10-week internship program
  Ability to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
