Senior Business Intelligence Lead

About the Role

Natus Medical Inc. is seeking aSenior Business Intelligence Lead to provide technical leadership in translating business requirements into scalable system solutions.

This role will lead our analytics transformation with a strong focus onMicrosoft Power BI and Microsoft Fabric. It is a critical position responsible for transitioning from legacy BI platforms (including OBIEE) to amodern, Fabric-first data and analytics architecture.

The ideal candidate will partner closely with stakeholders across Sales, Service and Finance to deliver scalable, executive-ready insights by integrating data fromOracle EBS and Salesforce intoPower BI and Microsoft Fabric.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery ofPower BI dashboards and enterprise analytics solutions
• Drive adoption and implementation ofMicrosoft Fabric (Lakehouse, Warehouse, Data Pipelines, OneLake)
• Define and execute theBI modernization strategy, including migration from OBIEE
• Integrate data fromOracle EBS and Salesforce into unified Fabric-based data models
• EnableAI-driven insights using Microsoft Copilot within Power BI and Fabric
• Provide technical leadership, establish BI standards, and mentor team members

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience inBusiness Intelligence / Data Analytics, including leadership roles
• Deep expertise inMicrosoft Power BI (DAX, data modeling, performance tuning)
• Hands-on experience implementingMicrosoft Fabric in production environments
• Strong SQL expertise, particularly withOracle EBS
• Proven ability to deliver impactful analytics solutions acrossSales, Service and Finance
