Paint North Team Leader - Indirect

We are looking for a 3rdNorth Paint Team Lead to help lead daily production operations while working alongside the team.

What You’ll Do

• Support daily production and provide break/absence coverage
• Operate equipment and control panels
• Troubleshoot production issues and equipment faults
• Keep materials and tools stocked and ready
• Train and support new employees
• Follow work instructions and ensure quality standards are met
• Promote a safe, clean, and productive work environment
• Follow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO)
• Complete required department documentation
• Support continuous improvement and help reduce downtime

What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED
• Good attendance and safety record
• Strong communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Mechanical/technical aptitude
• Ability to learn and operate complex machinery
• Ability to work on your feet and perform physical production duties
• Previous manufacturing or leadership experience is a plus
