Reporting the Director, Programs, Scatter Site, theSenior Property Coordinatorassists with the oversightof property management aspects ofthe Scatter Site program. The Senior Property Coordinator tracksapartment conditions andthepreparation of apartments for client occupancy, including managing furniture inventory and installation.  Â

The Senior Property Coordinator supervises Property Coordinators,ensures tracking and completion of work orders, manages the execution and completion of maintenance issues including relationship with vendors andmaintenance providers, and oversees client intake andassessments. TheSeniorProperty Coordinatorcollaborates with clinical staff to ensure that Scatter Site clients have the necessary support services to remain permanently housed.   Â

The Senior Property Coordinator works primarily during business hours Monday-Friday, with off hours availability in case of emergency.   Â

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Â
- Supervise Property CoordinatorsÂ
- Create and give presentations about Scatter Site program to potential newlandlords, managementcompanies and Brokers andvendors Â
- Interview and assess potential programparticipants Â
- Coordinate apartmentturnover Â
- Oversee leasing of apartments andmaintain relationships with property managementcompaniesÂ
- Build apartment inventoryÂ
- Manage vendor contracts and datatracking Â
- Create reports on outcomes,goals Â
- Oversee andmonitor apartmentrepairs Â
- Performs other duties asassigned Â
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Â
- High school diploma or equivalentÂ
- Minimum 3 years of experience in property management (rent administration, real estate identification,leasing or property management)Â
- Previous supervisory experiencepreferredÂ
- Experience working in Scattered Site housing or residential housing for tenants with specialneedsÂ
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills Â
- Exceptional organizational and analytic skillsÂ
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite programs including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams; familiarity with Access-based databasepreferredÂ
- Ability to travel to clients’ apartments to make home visits throughout New York City Â
