Nurse Aide/HHA - Home Health Aide

Concordia-IRMC Home Health and Hospice is hiring a Full-Time Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. The Home Health Aide will provide personal care services to our home health and hospice patients in Indiana, PA and surrounding areas - allowing you to work close to home!

Your patients, your schedule. Typical hours are Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm but we are open to other possibilities. Let us know what type of schedule you are seeking.

The Home Health Aide/Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is a paraprofessional staff member trained to provide personal care, activities of daily living, exercise programs, and related services in the home for the sick and disabled, when no family member can assume this responsibility. The Home Health Aide/certified nursing assistant functions under the direction, instruction and supervision of the registered nurse and/or therapist.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School diploma or equivalent
• CNA License, preferred
• Valid PA Driver's License and proof of auto insurance
• Independent means of transportation to complete visits throughout the assigned territory.
• Ability to understand and carry out directions and instructions and keep appropriate records
