Who we are looking for:

The Office Clerk is responsible for providing high quality customer service to our auction customers. The Office Clerk is able to greet customers at the front desk with a positive attitude, solve problems with payments, titles, and invoices along with issuing checks. The Office Clerk is knowledgeable of all auction business and is organized in order to provide quick resolution on customer inquiries.

What you will do:

Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.

Issue gate passes for customer auction day access.

Receive and greet all customers at the front desk to connect them with the correct department.

Accept and process payments from customers on invoices and purchases.

Issue sellers check to the dealer representative

Ensure buyers are issued their titles to purchased vehicles.

Perform additional duties as assigned.

What you will need:

Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
Organization and resourcefulness
Ability to learn and operate basic computer systems and applications
80% sitting / 20% standing
Understand what resource/department to involve.
