Senior SQA Automation

What is the project about? 

We are building core platform services that enable other products and teams across the organization. These services provide shared capabilities such as: 

• User and license management  

• Role-based and policy-based access control 

• Authorization and authentication  

• Web-based admin tools for customers  

• Web-based admin tools for internal users 

EMS services provide high-load processing. Some services handle approximately 3 million transactions per day with high performance (200 ms response time). 

Your Role 

In this role you will: 

• Design software testing plans. Create and execute both manual and automated tests using test automation tools including, but not limited to Selenium, Playwright. 

• Understands the concepts behind and when to do automation and guide team of how to make right tests. 

• Coordination of team members to solve the issues assigned to own team. 

• Monitor quality of Production and coordinate solving of appeared issue assigned to teams. 

• Ensure compliance of team testing activities against Project rules. 

• Participate in functioning testing during CI/CD processes of product. 

• Organizing and monitoring of defect management process in teams. 

• Influence the inclusion of test-ability during design, groom and development phases. 

• Test product in all phases of its life cycle including Production. 

• Interface with developers in project proving clear test results and regression area  

  
About You 

• 4+ years of automation engineering experience with Selenium WebDriver/Playwright using C#/.Net and xUnit Frameworks 

• Experience in testing web applications (.Net Core, Microservices, AngularJS) 

• Solid knowledge of databases, including the ability to write CRUD operations and work with JOINs 

• Good understanding of client-server application architecture and how such systems operate. 

• Basic knowledge of containerization technologies, specifically Docker 

• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, or similar) 

• Good English 

• Experience with testing Web Applications in Cross-browser and cross-device, using automated tools. This position is for someone who can write/execute both automation and manual Test Scripts/Cases 

• Experience in developing automation  scripts for RESTful APIs 

• Experience with IDE (Visual Studio, VS Code, Rider) 

• Experience in working with an Agile software development team - is a plus 

• Experience with bug tracking system (ADOPS) - is a plus 

• Exposure to performance and load testing (CloudTest, Cloud Testing using ADOPS, K6) - is a plus  

   
Education and Experience  

• Bachelors in Computer Science, related field or equivalent experience.  

• Professional certification as warranted.
