The pay range for this role is $17.75 to $18.75 perhour.

Aaron’sDelivery Driver Assistants play key roles in the delivery and installation of our merchandise into the homes of our customers. Working directly with theDelivery Driver, you will install, move, and pick up merchandise anddemonstrate how customers can use their products. You’ll spend time inside and outside the store, support the team with day-to-day operations, and connect with customers in the community.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Stage, load, and appropriately secure products.

• Unload, install, anddemonstrate merchandise.

• Assist with cleaning and organizing merchandise within the store.

Required Qualifications

• Must be at least18 years of age.

• Ability towork a schedule with hours varying from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

• Ability tolift up to 50 lbs. independently and up to 300 lbs. withappropriate equipment and/orassistance from another associate.

• Ability to work in all outdoor weather conditions, including rain and summer heat.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience moving household furnishings and appliances.

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability tomaintain a professional appearance.
