Key Responsibilities 

• Take full responsibility for the day to day running of the cinema on shift, ensuring smooth,safe and seamless operations for our customers.

• Lead, supervise and support team members across the location, including training and promptly addressing any performance,training or safety concerns.
• Manage day to day cash control, including balancing safes and registers, and completeaccurate end of shift and end of week reporting.

• Maintain a safe working environment, upholding WHS procedures and appropriately actioning and reporting any incidents.

• Deliver an elevated level of customer service on every shift, responding to feedback and resolving issues quickly and effectively.

• Support the smooth delivery of campaigns,promotions and events in line with company timelines and standards.

WhatYou’ll Bring

• Previous supervisory experience.

• Excellent communication skills, with confidence leading,coaching and developing a team.

• A customer first mindset, with strong attention to detail and high personal standards.

• Flexibility to work a rotational roster across evenings,weekends and public holidays.
• Current First Aid Certificate and RSA (or willingness to obtain).

• Above average computer literacy, with confidence using rostering and reporting systems.
