• As a LeadBartender, a typical day will include:  

• Greets and interacts with guests, answersquestions, takes orders, delivers drinks, and ensures guest satisfaction. 

• Ensure alcohol is served responsibly by adhering to service limits andportion control processes. 

• Prepares drink orders for guests according to specified recipes using measuring systems.   

• Validate that all guests meet the minimum age to be served alcohol prior to serving.  

• Maintains cleanliness of work areas throughout the day, practicing clean-as-you-go procedures.   

• Assists other departments when needed to ensureoptimum service to guests.   

• Maintains cleanliness and condition ofthebar (CO2 lines, soda tanks, soda guns, drain, etc.), tables, and other tools, following all set-up guidelines.   

• Assists management with training new associates and hourly responsibilities if necessary. 

Guest Experience and Company Standards 

• Welcome and greet guests andanticipate and address their needs. 

• Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly. 

• Contribute to team goals. 

• Always follow company policies and safety procedures. 

To Become aLeadBartender atAAH:  

• Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days. 

• Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extendedperiod of time. 

• Lift/Carry/Push/Pull Items that Weigh up to25lbs withoutassistance. 

• Position may require background and drug screeningcontingent on company policyin accordance with applicable legal requirements.
