To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add aMaster Schedulerlocated inJuarez, South Campus.
TheMaster Scheduler role involvesResponsible for working with the materials and planning teams in order to ensure on-time and efficient deliveries of final product, with zero downtime.
What a typical day looks like:
- Identification of production line impact risks.
- Analysis of excess and obsolete inventory.
- Generation of Kinaxis simulations for CTB (Clear-to-Build).
- Shortage reporting meeting with the client.
- Create daily production schedules Â
- Supervise that deadlines are met.Â
- Liaise between the Material Account Manager and Program Teams on demand managementÂ
- Work closely with production personnel on accountabilities and productivity issues.Â
- Plan efficient transaction of process with production personnel to ensure zero downtimeÂ
- Ensure smooth transaction of manufacturing process to raw materialsÂ
- Develop strategies and liaise with operational teams on capacity & equipment utilizationÂ
- Work closely with operations to ensure smooth flow from raw material to final goods stage.Â
- Use knowledge and experience of process flow to provide a useful resource to Materials on ERP and business system issuesÂ
- Provide training to staff members as requiredÂ
- Report key metrics as requiredÂ
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- Senior prior experience in planning.
- Degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Intermediate-Advanced English proficiency.
- Excel skills.
- ERP knowledge.
- Analytical mindset.
- Excellent planning skills.
- Demonstrates operations and technical skills and functional standards.
- Demonstrates a general knowledge of functional concepts and a rudimentary understanding of policies and procedures.
- Has awareness of the functional impact upon work processes and other functions.
