HR Student Worker (f/m/x)

Är du intresserad av en intressant studenttjänst inom HR hos ett av världens största försäkringsbolag? AIG Norden söker just nu efter en studentmedarbetare till vårt Nordiska HR team. Rollen är baserad på vårt kontor i centrala Stockholm.

Tjänsten är en timtjänst.

Teamet

AIG Nordiska HR team arbetar brett inom alla HR områden (rekrytering, chefssupport, comp&ben, HR operations, utbildning mm.). Teamet arbetar brett över de fyra nordiska länderna inom alla HR frågor, då i samarbete med våra globala supporteam.

Tjänsten

Tjänsten innebär brett stöd till hela HR funktionen och kommer således att ge dig värdefull insikt och erfarenhet inom HR inom ett större geografiskt perspektiv. Fokus kommer att vara emot administrativ support och där du kommer att vara delaktig i processer främst runt om i de nordiska länderna. Nedan är ett kort urval om vad tjänsten innebär:

• Administrativ HR support inom en rad olika processer så som introduktion, avslut och allt däremellan.
• Rekryteringssupport
• HR Rapportering
• Adhoc projektsupport 

Krav & Önskemål för att söka tjänsten

Vi ser gärna att du är intresserad av HR och är intresserad av att arbeta inom en global kontext- Utöver det så ser vi att du:

• Studerar på universitet, då inom HR, Ekonomi, Psykologi eller liknande
• Har möjlighet att 10–15 timmar i veckan på vårt kontor i centrala Stockholm (korsningen Sveavägen/Kungsgatan)
• Behärskar svenska och engelska i tal och skrift

Ytterligare önskemål, men inga krav

Administrativ arbetslivserfarenhet

Du behärskar fler nordiska språk (t ex Norska, Danska, Finska)
