GTM Academy (AI x Greentech) (m/f/d)

A twelve-month, multi-track path into go-to-market, for ambitious graduates. You start as anSDR orProduct Specialist and see theentire gtm motion - sales, solutions, marketing, revops, product. You leave knowing exactly how revenue gets built.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Berlin.

? do i need sales experience

sales experience is a plus, not a requirement. we hire for drive, communication and curiosity — we'll teach the rest.

? how long is it

twelve months, in three stages - you start as anSDR orProduct Specialist, rotate through a mid-stage role, then specialize in an advanced one.

? what happens at the end

your advanced role becomes permanent -AE,AM,RevOps,Marketing orProduct Management. real ownership inside reonic, not busywork.

? Start date

The program starts on 1st September with a batch of 3-4 people
