Senior HMI Experience Designer / Planner는 차량 기능의 사용자 경험 방향을 정의하고, Feature Requirement부터 Interaction, HMI Policy까지 제품 경험 전반을 설계합니다. Design, Connect, Engineering 등 다양한 조직과 협업하여 사용자 경험과 기술 구현 사이의 균형을 만들고, 차세대 SDV 사용자 경험을 함께 만들어갑니다.

The Connect HMI Team transforms vehicle features and systems into intuitive, user-centered experiences that are safe, consistent, and ready for implementation. Beyond designing interfaces, the team connects complex vehicle behaviors into seamless user journeys and translates them into development-ready requirements.

As a Senior HMI Experience Designer / Planner, you will define the experience strategy for vehicle features, from user requirements and interaction models to HMI policies. Working closely with Design, Connect, and Engineering teams, you will bridge user needs with technical implementation and help shape the next generation of SDV experiences.

Responsibilities

• 차량 기능과 사용자 맥락을 기반으로 HMI Experience 및 Interaction을 기획하고 설계합니다.

• Vehicle Feature를 User Requirement, Function, Interaction 및 HMI Requirement로 구체화합니다.

• Physical Control과 Digital HMI를 포함한 사용자 조작, 정보 전달 및 Feedback 흐름을 설계합니다.

• 담당 Feature의 사용성, 일관성, Vehicle State 및 예외 상황을 검토하고 개선합니다.

• Design, Connect, Engineering 등 다양한 조직과 협업하여 HMI Requirement와 구현 방향을 정의합니다.

• Plan and design HMI experiences and interactions based on vehicle features and user context.

• Translate vehicle features into user requirements, functional specifications, interaction models, and HMI requirements.

• Design user interaction, information architecture, and feedback flows across physical controls and digital HMI.

• Review and improve usability, consistency, vehicle states, and exception scenarios for assigned features.

• Collaborate with Design, Connect, Engineering, and other stakeholders to define implementation-ready HMI requirements.

Qualifications

• 관련 분야에서 5년 이상의 실무 경험

• 복잡한 제품 또는 시스템의 기능과 동작을 사용자 관점에서 구조화할 수 있는 역량

• 사용자 요구사항과 시스템 기능을 Interaction 및 Requirement로 구체화한 경험

• 논리적인 문제 해결 능력과 구조화된 문서 작성 역량

• 다양한 이해관계자와 협업할 수 있는 커뮤니케이션 역량

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience.

• Ability to understand complex product or system behavior and translate it into user-centered experiences.

• Experience defining interactions and requirements based on user needs and system capabilities.

• Strong logical problem-solving and structured documentation skills.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Automotive, Mobility, Robotics, AI 또는 Smart Device 등 HW·SW 융합 제품 경험

• Automotive HMI, Vehicle Feature 또는 Physical/Digital Interaction 설계 경험

• Prototyping, User Evaluation 또는 Usability Test 수행 경험

• Human Factors 또는 Cognitive Ergonomics 관련 경험

• 글로벌 프로젝트 및 영어 기반 협업 경험

• Experience with HW/SW integrated products such as Automotive, Mobility, Robotics, AI, or Smart Devices.

• Experience designing Automotive HMI, Vehicle Features, or Physical/Digital interactions.

• Experience with prototyping, user evaluation, or usability testing.

• Experience in Human Factors or Cognitive Ergonomics.

• Experience collaborating with global teams using English.
