Senior Marketing Executive

Our client, a leading CSP, is looking for aSenior Marketing Executive to join their team. If you're looking to strengthen a company's brand presence locally and internationally, while working closely with a motivated marketing team, this is the right role for you!

This is ahybrid role offering a salary ofup to €34K.

Please note that only candidates already based in Malta can be considered.

Role & Responsibilities

• Manage social media campaigns, keep all public profiles updated, and create content that aligns with the company’s tone of voice

• Create content for branding initiatives, promotional activities, and leadership articles

• Work closely with content writers, designers, SEO/PPC specialists, business development teams, and other internal stakeholders

• Ensure the company website delivers a strong and smooth user experience (UX)

• Liaise with web developers on technical issues, updates, and possible improvements

• Plan, create, and manage email marketing campaigns

• Keep up with digital marketing and AI trends, analyse campaign performance, and prepare monthly reports with insights and recommendations

• Support the team with branded materials, marketing assets, merchandise, and content for events

• Identify PR opportunities and coordinate with publishers for article placements (online and offline)

• Build and maintain a strong understanding of the company’s services, industries, and competitors to support marketing strategy

Education, Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a similar marketing role

• Degree or certification in Marketing or a related field

• Strong English skills, written and spoken, at native or near-native level

• Ability to create and adapt content for different platforms and audiences

• Hands-on experience with social media, paid campaigns, and analytics tools

• Experience with WordPress, SEO, and email marketing platforms

• Confident using Canva or similar online design tools

• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is considered a plus

• Strong interest in digital lead generation, with good knowledge of GA4 for analysis and reporting

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with strong attention to detail

• Able to multitask and work efficiently under tight deadlines

• Independent, proactive, and hands-on in approach
