PSP Reconciliation Analyst

JobMatchingPartner is currently assisting an iGaming company in the search for aPSP Reconciliation Analystto join their Finance Department. Reporting to the Treasury Manager, the selected candidate will support the Finance team with financial accounting, reporting, and PSP reconciliations.

This is ahybridrole that offers a salary ofup to €28K (negotiable depending on experience).

Role & Responsibilities

• Record, monitor and reconcile financial transactions across various PSPs and bank accounts

• Conduct weekly and monthly PSP reconciliations while investigating discrepancies

• Reconcile settlements, deposits, withdrawals, fees, chargebacks and reserves

• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes

• Perform basic financial analysis, identify variances and provide recommendations

• Support process automation initiatives and finance projects

• Ensure compliance with financial and regulatory requirements

• Collaborate with internal teams

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in PSP reconciliations within the iGaming industry – non-negotiable

• Fluency in English at C2 or native level, both written and spoken

• Good knowledge of accounting principles

• Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets and Pivot Tables

• Experience handling large transactional datasets

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

About the role

• Salary of up to €28K negotiable depending on experience
