A thrilling opportunity has arisen, with an iGaming Operator with multiple brands across multiple GEOs - including regulated Europe, UK and Nigeria - to take the reins as the Group CEO.

The right person for the role has many years in leading roles with full P'n'L-responsibility within iGaming B2C Operations both in Europe and Africa. We require a strong strategic leader with the ability to translate vision to reality, while the inclusive company-culture drives people to queue to be part of the successful company's journey.

The role is really open in terms of remuneration, think somewhere €130-140K + benefits with some flexibility depending on risk appetite.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Accept full P'n'L ownership for the Group's performance

  • Define the Group’s long-term strategic vision and ensure transforming to reality

  • Translate shareholder expectations into actionable growth and operational plans

  • Lead and develop senior leadership teams across multiple jurisdictions

  • Your leadership directly influences performance, company-culture and market positioning

  • Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share across all brands

  • Ensure platform scalability, performance, localisation, and alignment with market requirements

  • Act as the Group’s primary representative to regulators, investors, and strategic partners

  • Build and maintain strong relationships within the global iGaming ecosystem

  • Represent the Group at industry events, conferences, and strategic forums

  • Strengthen the Group’s reputation as a trusted and compliant operator in regulated markets

Required Skills & Experience

  • Previous successful management in B2C iGaming operqations

  • Strong track record managing multi-brand & multi-market operations

  • Experience from regulated Euroean, UKGC and Nigerian GEOs

  • Strong interest in emerging markets

  • Experience of working with white-label platforms and third-party providers

  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering growth and profitability

  • Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management capabilities

  • Data-driven mindset with a hands-on, execution-focused approach

  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, scale-up environment

  • Strong cross-cultural communication and leadership skills
