Our client, an iGaming company dedicated to delivering an excellent user experience, is currently looking for aFinnish-Speaking Customer Support Agentto join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wishes to build a career in iGaming.

Role & Responsibilities
Assist players via email and chat
Understand players' needs and address issues promptly
Identify possible Responsible Gambling concerns and risk-related red flags
Liaise with and escalate cases to external teams to ensure the right solutions are found
Skills & Requirements
Native-level fluency in Finnish (written and spoken)
Fluency in English at C1 level
Estonian fluency is a plus
Excellent communication skills, empathetic, and solution-focused approach
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify well-being concerns
Able to handle difficult conversations professionally
Able to work independently and within a team
