Our client, an iGaming company dedicated to delivering an excellent user experience, is currently looking for aFinnish-Speaking Customer Support Agentto join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wishes to build a career in iGaming.

This is ahybridrole that offers a salary of€26K.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist players via email and chat

  • Understand players' needs and address issues promptly

  • Identify possible Responsible Gambling concerns and risk-related red flags

  • Liaise with and escalate cases to external teams to ensure the right solutions are found

Skills & Requirements

  • Native-level fluency in Finnish (written and spoken)

  • Fluency in English at C1 level

  • Estonian fluency is a plus

  • Excellent communication skills, empathetic, and solution-focused approach

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify well-being concerns

  • Able to handle difficult conversations professionally

  • Able to work independently and within a team

About the Role

  • Salary of €26K

  • Hybrid in St. Julians
