As Concierge for the Rosebud Branchof CommBank,you’ll be theface ofCommbank & thefirst person customersspeak with toassist them. To do thisyou’ll: 

• Greet each customer & clearly understand theirenquiry, guiding the customer to theappropriate channel 

• Build personal connection with customers through meaningful conversations to enhance their experience   

• Provide options for the customer through education & demonstration of our in-branch technology and digital banking options  

• Be aware of movements within the branch, ensuringit’s running effectively & efficientlyandthat customers are satisfied with their experience  

We’re interested in people who have:  

• A proventrack record of delivering exceptional Customer Service ideally in Financial Services, Retail or Hospitality   

• Excellent communication skills & display all the right behaviours tomaintain an approachable & professional demeanour  

• The ability to manage customer expectationswith a professional presence  

• A genuine interest in building a career with CommBank and improving the financial wellbeing and lives of our customers
