SUMMARY: Our Content Producer Intern will join our Work Based Learning team and support production of our video series while learning the ins and outs of Tallo. Â
WHAT YOU'LL DO:Â
Video Editing:Support our Work Based Learning team by editing the content from our Real Careers, Real Journeys video series, providing quick turnaround time and learning the aspects of proper video production.Â
Marketing Assistance:Join the Marketing team and shadowmarketingprofessionalswhile alsoassisting inad hoc projects and adding your own thoughts to our overall marketing strategy. Â
Collaborate With Us:Attend weekly check-ins, join brainstorming sessions, andmaybe some events.Â
Creative Direction:Come up with ideas for videos and help us redesign our video experience and strategy while also testingconcepts for reusable content. Â
On-CameraPresence:Host, present, conduct interviews, and engage with audience during live and recorded events.Â
Other Stuff: Help out with other projectssuch as hosting video sessions, writingvideo scripts,scheduling, etc. Â

WHAT YOU NEED:Â Â Â Â Â Â
Minimum high school diploma (or its equivalencyi.e GED)Â
Experienceediting videocontent (your own accounts, a club's page, or helping a business. YouTube’s a plus!)Â
Goodcommunication(writing and talking)Â
Basic familiarity with Canva and video editing tools (CapCut, iMovie, etc.)Â Â
Can create a Tallo account and use itÂ
Ability to work 10-20 hours a weekÂ
Ability to cleara required background check.Â

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:Stride, Inc. considers a person’s education, experience, and qualifications, as well as the position’s work location, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value when determining a new employee’s salary level. Salaries will differ based on these factors, the position’s level and expected contribution, and the employee’s benefits elections.Â
We anticipate this position will pay $20.00 - $22.00 per hour. This salary is not guaranteed, as an individual’s compensation can vary based on several factors. These factors include, but are not limited to, geographic location, experience, training, education, and local market conditions. Stride offers a robust benefits package for eligible employees that can include health benefits, retirement contributions, and paid time off.Â
