Job Title: Product Coordinator – China Lab
Location: Shanghai
Reports to: China Product Manager
Type: Full-timeRole OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented junior Product Coordinator to support the daily operations of our China Lab. This is a hands-on role focused on supplier coordination, procurement follow-ups, and basic product administration. You will be the key local link to ensure smooth product workflows.Key Responsibilities

Assist in supplier sourcing and onboarding support
Collect and organize supplier audit documents and compliance records
Manage daily supplier communication
Track product samples and ensure timely delivery and documentation
Monitor inventory levels and retock lead times
Handle frequent reordering (approx. 4x/month) and follow up on payments
Track product logistics and ensure shipment visibility
Provide basic product development support as needed

What We’re Looking For

At least 3 years of experience in product operations, procurement, supply chain, or assistant roles
Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken)
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Good communication and follow-up skills
Comfortable working with suppliers and internal teams
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and basic ERP/tracking tools is a plus
