Your Opportunity:
As a Design Operations Lead within the Global Digital Hub, you will play a central role in enabling the seamless coordination of design workflows, resource capacity, and project execution within the dedicated scope. You will work closely with Coordinators, Subchapter Leads, Creative Chapter Lead, Network Design Lead, and Service Delivery Lead to drive operational consistency, improve delivery efficiency, and support creative excellence at scale.
You will be accountable for orchestrating the operational aspects of the design function, from resource availability and team capacity to workflow standardization and delivery health monitoring. Your leadership will directly contribute to ensuring timely, high-quality output while enabling a well-supported and structured environment for both designers and project teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead the operational coordination of design workstreams across networks and time zones.
- Balance and assign team capacity, align resources with project demand, and manage workload distribution across design teams.
- Establish, maintain, and evolve standardized ways of working, ensuring consistent delivery processes and alignment across creative networks.
- Monitor live capacity, escalate issues, and proactively resolve bottlenecks in project delivery.
- Serve as the first point of escalation for Content Coordinators in managing workload conflicts, delivery risks, or process deviations.
- Track and analyze capacity, resource utilization, and project assignment data to support planning and strategic decision-making.
- Align closely with the Service Delivery Lead and other senior stakeholders to ensure design operations are delivery-ready for high-impact campaigns or volume surges.
- Coordinate tool adoption, data hygiene, and operational best practices within Workfront and other project management systems.
- Drive continuous improvement efforts by collecting feedback, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing solutions to enhance operational excellence.
- Collaborate with design leadership to uphold creative quality standards by enabling a stable and structured workflow environment.
Who you are
You are an experienced design operations or creative project professional with a passion for enabling teams to work smarter, faster, and more efficiently. You thrive in structured environments and are skilled at coordinating across multiple stakeholders, teams, and time zones. You bring strong communication and influencing skills, able to guide others and resolve operational challenges with empathy and clarity. You demonstrate organizational agility and a strong ability to manage competing priorities and project complexity.
Further requirementsÂ
- Proven experience in design operations, creative workflow coordination, or project delivery in a creative or digital environment.
- Proficiency with project management and workflow tools (e.g., Adobe Workfront) and familiarity with digital asset production.
- Experience in resource planning, capacity management, and delivery coordination.
- Strong understanding of creative processes, from intake to final delivery, across print, digital, video, or localization projects.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Collaborative, structured, and proactive, with a high level of ownership over operational outcomes.
