About the role
We are looking for a motivated Pricing Analyst to join our Motor Products team in Riga. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong analytical mindset, interest in data, and motivation to grow in insurance pricing with support from experienced colleagues.

You will work with data, statistics, and business insights to help us understand product performance, customer behaviour, and pricing opportunities. You do not need to know everything from day one — what matters most is your curiosity, willingness to learn, and ability to turn numbers into practical recommendations.

What you’ll do

• Analyse data to identify trends, patterns, and changes in Motor insurance product performance.
• Support pricing decisions by preparing analyses, insights, and recommendations for product managers and other stakeholders.
• Evaluate insurance premiums and help assess whether they are sufficient, competitive, and aligned with business goals.
• Contribute to improving pricing methods, tools, and reports together with more experienced colleagues.
• Participate in analytical projects and collaborate with colleagues across the Baltics.
• Bring ideas, ask questions, and contribute to continuous improvement within the team.

What we’re looking for

• A genuine interest in numbers, data, and analytical problem-solving.
• Good MS Excel skills and basic to good knowledge of SQL.
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in mathematics, statistics, econometrics, data analytics, IT, finance, or a similar field.
• Some experience in an analytical, actuarial, data, finance, or similar role is welcome, but we are also open to promising early-career candidates with strong potential.
• Motivation to learn, take initiative, and grow step by step into more complex pricing and analytical tasks.
• A proactive, responsible, and results-oriented way of working.
• Good communication skills and an interest in collaborating with colleagues from different functions and countries.
• Fluent Latvian and very good English skills.

It is a plus if you have

• Experience with or interest in Power BI, Python, or other analytical tools.
• Previous experience with insurance, pricing, actuarial work, or product analytics.
• Experience in project work, Agile ways of working, or international collaboration.

Job location: Riga, Latvia, with a hybrid working model requiring at least 3 days per week in the office.
