We're looking for aPeople TechnologyCoordinatorto join our team and support the daily operations of our HR technology ecosystem. This role is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented professional who enjoys problem-solving, working with data, and helping employees navigate technology solutions.

In this position, you'll help support Workday and other HR systems, maintain data integrity, assist with audits and reporting processes, and provide excellent customer service to employees and business partners across the organization.

Location:Remote

Compensation Range: $19.25–$28.85/hr. Actual pay may vary based on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.

What You'll Do

• Support daily operations of Workday and other People Technology systems by performing maintenance and resolving basic system issues.
• Process Workday transactions and business process requests with accuracy and timeliness.
• Execute recurring audits to ensure data accuracy, security access compliance, and reporting governance.
• Assist employees and stakeholders with system access, navigation, and troubleshooting questions.
• Monitor and triage service requests, assigning tickets and ensuring timely resolution.
• Maintain process documentation, job aids, and system-related resources.
• Process access changes and organizational structure updates in alignment with governance standards.
• Support integrations, investigate data discrepancies, and assist with continuous improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 0-1 years of experience supporting HR systems, business systems, or administrative operations preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify data or process inconsistencies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong active listening skills.
• Ability to prioritize workload, manage deadlines, and work with urgency.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; exposure to Workday or similar HRIS platforms is a plus.
