As theLast Mile Operations Supervisorat RXO, you will inspire your associates to achieve maximum productivity, exhibit professionalism and strive to be error free. 

What your day-to-day will look like: 

• Lead daily last mile operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and customer-focused service delivery.
• Oversee route execution, service provider performance, and resolution of delivery issues, claims, and customer escalations.
• Manage service provider settlements, payables, deductions, and controllable expenses to support financial performance.
• Drive customer satisfaction through strong VOC results, claims management, and continuous process improvement.
• Lead, coach, and develop employees while managing staffing, scheduling, and performance.
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards, operational procedures, and company policies.
• Monitor key performance metrics and implement action plans to improve service, productivity, quality, and profitability.
• Communicate operational results, risks, and opportunities to leadership and support strategic market initiatives.
