About the Opportunity
TheSr. Manager, Operations Analytics plays a critical role in helping Wonder continuously improve operational performance through data-driven insights, financial analysis, and scalable reporting. As part of the Operations team, this role partners with Operations Excellence, Finance, Product, Culinary,Technology, and DataFoundation teamsto transform operational and financial data into actionable recommendations that improve restaurant execution, profitability, and guest experience.
This leader owns the performance measurement system for Wonder's Field Operations organization, developing dashboards, analytical models, reporting frameworks, business insights, and self-service tools that enableeffective analysis and decision-making.This role willestablish and maintain trusted operational reporting that provides consistent performance visibility and serves as the primary source of truth for Field Operations. They willchallenge existing assumptions,identify opportunities to simplify operations, and continuously improve how operational performance is measured and managed.

The Impact You Will Make
Operational PerformanceSystem & Insights
Own Wonder's operational performance management system,leveraging key metrics across sales, labor, waste, guest experience, productivity, and profitability toprovide a comprehensive view of business performance.
Define and standardize performance frameworks, business review routines, andleadership reporting thatidentify trends, diagnose root causes, and prioritize operational improvement opportunities.
Analyze and translate complex operational and financial data into actionable insights and recommendations that influence business decisions and drive measurable performance improvements.
Prepare Weekly and Quarterly Business Review reporting andprovide analysis support for Operations Leadership.
Reporting Strategy
Partner with Operations Leadership to develop thestrategy andexecute ongoingdesign, development, andmaintenance ofoperationaldashboards, scorecards, models, and reporting tools that provide visibility into operational performance.
Build scalable reporting solutions that prioritize automation, usability, speed, and simplicity for both field and support teams.
Partner with Data Foundations,Product, and Financeteams to ensure reporting isaccurate, scalable, and aligned to enterprise data standards.
Business PerformanceAnalysis
Serve as the primary analytics partner for Regional Vice Presidents and Market Directors by leading regular office hours, providing consultative support on operational reporting.
Lead the developmentof models, forecasts, business cases, and scenario analyses that support operational planning and strategic decision-making.
Conduct ad-hoc analyses andfacilitate root-causeanalysisdeep dives with cross-functional partners whenoperational and business performance variances areidentified toquantify business impact and recommend improvement opportunities.
Partner with Finance and Accounting to understand performance drivers and connect operational execution to financial outcomes.
Initiative Measurement & Cross-Functional Partnership
Create measurement plansand reporting mechanismsfor pilots, rollouts, and operational initiatives in partnership withOperations, Product, Culinary, Training, Finance, and DataFoundationstakeholders.
Evaluate pilot and rollout performance, quantify operational andfinancial impact, and provide recommendations that inform scaling decisions and continuous improvement.
Partner with functional leaders (e.g., Director of Workforce Planning, Ops Leadership, Financial Analyst) to translate performance objectives and business requirements into scalable reporting solutions, collaborating with Data Foundations to develop enterprise reporting capabilities and creating self-service reporting tools that enable effective analysis and decision-making.
Operational Analytics Capability & Continuous Improvement
Partner with Learning and Development to develop scalable training and reference materials that enable Mangers in Training and field leadersunderstand Wonder’s operational reporting, KPI framework, and how to use performance insights to improve execution.
Champion the evolution of Wonder's Field Operations reporting capabilities by partnering with Product, Technology, and Data Foundations to deliver increasingly automated, real-time insights that improve operational decision-making.
Drive adoption of Wonder's operational reporting by gathering field feedback,identifying usability improvements, and continuously enhancing reporting tools to better support operational decision-making.
What You Bring to the Table
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, Statistics, Engineering, Operations Management, or relatedfield.
3–5 years of experience inrestaurantoperations analytics, business intelligence, FP&A, consulting, ora related analytical role.
Advanced Excel skills and experience building financial models, forecasts, andconductingbusiness analyses.
Proficiency in SQL with experience querying, transforming, and analyzing large datasets.
Experience building dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.

Understanding of restaurant P&Ls, labor management, unit economics, and operational performance metrics.
Experience supporting pilots, operational testing, or continuous improvement initiatives.
Experienceleveraging AI-enabled analytics, automation, or predictive modeling to improve business performance.
Experience in a high-growth, technology-enabled, or private equity-backed environment.

Our hybrid model requires 3 days a week in the office. That said, many team members choose to come in more often to take advantage of in-person collaboration and connection. You're welcome—and encouraged—to be in the office up to 5 days a week if it works for you.
NYC:$149,000-$157,000 per year.
Wonder uses geographic-specific salary structures, which means the salary offered may vary depending on where the job is located. The final salary offer will take into account various factors, such as the candidate's skills, education, training, credentials, and experience.
