Integrated Business Planner - 6-Month Contract (2 Openings)

We are hiring two contract positions (6 months) to support our Supply Chain Planning team. We welcome applications from fresh graduates with an IT, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related background, as well as candidates with up to 2-3 years of relevant experience.
 

Integrated Business Planner (Experienced Candidate)
 

What will you be doing?

• Support end-to-end supply planning, purchasing, and inventory management activities.

• Manage material planning and procurement processes to support manufacturing operations.

• Maintain SAP planning data and system accuracy.

• Monitor supply chain performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve planning and supply issues.
   

What will you need to be successful?

• Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field.

• 2-3 years of experience in planning, purchasing, supply chain, or manufacturing environment.

• Knowledge of SAP, MRP, inventory management, and supply planning processes.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
   

Supply Chain Analyst (Fresh Graduates Encouraged to Apply)
 

What will you be doing?

• Support supply planning, purchasing, and inventory-related activities.

• Perform data analysis and develop dashboard reports.

• Maintain SAP data and master data records.

• Support process improvement, automation, and digitalization initiatives.

• Assist in identifying opportunities to improve planning and operational efficiency.
   

What will you need to be successful?

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related field.

• Strong Excel and analytical skills.

• Exposure to Power BI, Power Automate, or similar digital tools is an advantage.

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

• Interest in manufacturing and supply chain operations.

• Willingness to learn SAP, MRP, planning, and purchasing processes.

Contract Duration: 6 Months (Potential for conversion based on performance)

This position is based in Batu Kawan, Penang. A continuous improvement mindset, willingness to learn new digital tools, and the ability to identify and escalate issues while adhering to established processes are essential for success in this role.
