Housekeeping Coordinator

Shift:1st: Must be available weekends and holidays

As a HousekeepingCoordinator, a typical day will include:  

• Prepares anddistributes assignment sheets/workboards to Housekeeping staff.   

• Identifies room assignments and type of cleaningrequired for each roomonassignment sheets/workboards.   

• Coordinates VIP service to ensure VIP's needs are met throughout the stay.   

• Acts as a liaison to coordinate the efforts of Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry.   

• Assigns rush rooms and rooms previously on the ‘Do Not Disturb' list to Housekeepers as they occur.   

• Communicates with Housekeeping team throughout the day to ensure that vacant dirty rooms are cleaned by the necessary time. 

Guest Experience and Company Standards 

• Welcome and greet guests andanticipate and address their needs. 

• Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly. 

• Contribute to team goals. 

• Always follow company policies and safety procedures. 

To Become a HousekeepingCoordinator at MVW:  

• Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days. 

• Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extendedperiod of time.
