Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying system anomalies and collaborating with different teams to ensure smooth and continuous operation of software applications. The position demands attentiveness to detail and a commitment to maintaining system reliability and performance in a dynamic work environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address system issues effectively.- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall expertise.- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to optimize functionality. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Workday Core Compensation.- Strong understanding of compensation management processes and system configurations.- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex application issues within enterprise environments.- Familiarity with integration points and data flows between Workday modules and other business systems.- Ability to analyze system logs and diagnostic data to identify root causes of problems.- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Workday Core Compensation.- This position is based at our Manila office.
