We are looking for anAccounts Receivables &Cash Accountantto join our finance team.

Accounts Receivables & Cash Accountant is responsible for customer invoicing, bank account reconciliations, cash transaction processing, and payment execution. The role supports accurate financial records, month-end closing activities, reporting, and efficient cash management while collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners.

With us you will be responsible for:

• Account customer invoices and ensure timely invoice delivery to customers
• Prepare and send out customer dunning letters and reconciliation letter
• Monitor and reconcile Vivicta bank accounts on a daily basis according to company procedures 
• Provide support to local finance employees with respect to bank account matters 
• Execute vendor, employee, Tax and other type of payments
• Perform monthly closing activities 
• Take part in various internal development initiatives
• Prepare reports for internal customers, auditors, tax authorities and other stakeholders
• Take care of maintaining the internal documentation (manuals, instructions etc.)

We expect you have:

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or other related field
• Previous experience in finance and/or accounting will be considered as an advantage
• Fluent spoken and written English (for working with foreign colleagues)
• Very good MS Office skills (especially Excel)
• Detail oriented personality with logical thinking
• Very good communication and problem-solving skills
• High sense of responsibility
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
