• Schedule:Monday - Friday: 4pm - 8pm, Saturday: 8am - 8pm
• Reports to:General Sales Manager
• Workplace:Onsite - Katy, TX

What You'll Do

• Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to emails
• Greet and check-in clients, patients, or visitors in a professional and courteous manner
• Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and databases
• Perform various administrative tasks, such as photocopying, faxing, and filing
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area

What You'll Bring

• 1 or more years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Outlook
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
• Familiarity with medical or industry-specific software and systems
• Availability to work 20+ hours per week, including afternoons, evenings, and Saturdays
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
