Technical Customer Engineer II

Focuses on providing technical support and expertise to the sales team and customers during the sales process. Expertise provided to parties may include answering questions about a single product or a product line, providing in-depth demonstration of the products, assisting customer with maximizing the benefits from the products they bought, and diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and debugging complex systems.

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focusedField Service Engineer to install, maintain, troubleshoot, conduct training and repair equipment at customer sites. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to provide outstanding customer support while working independently in the field. Qualification bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field with 1 years of experience.
