Part-time Pantry Attendant

About the role:

To achieve the timely and efficient delivery of pantry and tea services to Client at client’s premises and support their business needs.

What this job involves:

- Monitor mugs inventory and report accordingly

- Assist with daily milk distribution and to ensure sufficient supply in each coffee point

-  Stocktaking of general supply including coffee capsule and first aid box

- Clean pantry utensils and maintain the pantries in a neat and orderly manner

- Provide tea service for guests if necessary

- Coordinate on catering services and set up the venue for in-house functions/ events if necessary

- Support team administer to purchase coffee/ lunch from restaurants/ coffee shops

-  Dishwashing and general cleaning in the Client Area

- Coffee mugs washing

- Team shift support for irregular working hour

- Team self - relieve

Sound like you? To apply you will have:

- At least 3-5 years’ relevant working experience

- Experience as pantry attendant or customer services would be an advantage

- Neat & tidy, organized, proactive, careful and customer/service focus

- Able to communicate in simple English is preferred
