Inthisrole, theProcessExecutive-Voice in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) is primarily responsible for handling patient data, medical billing, insurance claims, and compliance tasks to ensure smooth financial operations in healthcare organizations. The role demands accuracy, knowledge of medical terminology, and strong communication skills.

KeyResponsibilities:

The following are the primary duties and responsibilities of this role. Other related duties may be assigned to meet the business need.

• Customer Interaction
  Answer calls, emails, and chats professionally.
  Provide product/service information and resolve queries.
  Handle complaints and escalate unresolved issues to specialized departments, order entry, cash posting, etc.
• Performend-to-endARfollow-upwithinsurancecompaniesviaoutboundcallsto resolve pending/unpaid claims.
• Analyzeclaimstoidentifyreasonsforrejections/denialsandensuretimelyresolution.
• Initiateappealsorescalateunresolvedclaimstotheappropriatedepartment.
• Documentallcalloutcomesandactionstakeninthebillingsystemwithaccuracy.
• AchieveandexceedSLA/KPImetricssuchasproductivity,callquality,resolutionrate, and turnaround time.
• Handlecomplexclaimescalationsandensureeffectiveclosure.
• CollaboratewithData,Quality,andClientTeamstoensuresmoothclaimresolution.
• EnsurestrictadherencetoHIPAAcomplianceanddataconfidentialityguidelines.

RequiredSkills:

• KnowledgeofUSHealthcareRCM, Front-end and back-end processes aligned in Revenue cycle management
• Excellentverbalcommunicationskillswithneutralaccentandactivelistening.
• Ability to handle difficult conversations and negotiate effectively withpayers.
• Proficiencyinworkingwithpracticemanagementsystems,payerportals,andMS Office tools.
• Strongproblem-solvingandanalyticalability.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask while working with multiple systems.
• Flexibility to work in night shifts/US time zones.
• Abilitytowork5daysaweekinHyderabadoffice

Qualifications:

• Graduate in any streamBA/BCOM/BBA, etc (No technical/IT background)
• 0-1yearsofexperienceinUSHealthcareRCMVoice/CustomerService(AR calling,patientbilling,orclaimresolution).
