Job Description:
Compensation Range: 1150 USD to 1220 USD
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Request documents and information from clients
- Track down missing or additional information required for cases
- Clean up and review legal documents for consistency and completeness
- File and maintain documents accurately
- Support overall workflow to ensure timely case progression
- Draft basic legal documents and correspondence
- Assist attorneys and team members with general legal tasks
- Conduct legal research as assigned
- Support litigation-related tasks and documentation
- Assist with case management and organization of legal files
Requirements:
• Timezone: EST (Michigan)
• Schedule: 08:30 a.m. to 05:30 p.m. EST
• English proficiency required; Spanish not mandatory
• Experience supporting legal teams or similar environments preferred
• Familiarity with estate planning, probate, or business law is a plus
• Software:
◦ CRM: Clio
◦ VOIP: RingCentral
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, especially with elderly clients
