Job Purpose
Assist the HR Manager to ensure the HR Department runs smoothly and provide information that is required by other departments, with approval from the HR Manager.
Carry out all the processes related to the fulfillment or payment of compensation and benefits for employees and ensure that such compliance or payment is in accordance with the provisions or the existing policy.
Principal Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end payroll activities, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant salary processing, statutory payments, and employee-related deductions.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, including medical insurance, life insurance, pension, BPJS, leave administration, employee welfare programs, and related employee claims.
- Monitor and prepare workforce analytics and HR reports, including headcount, labor cost, overtime, absenteeism, working hours, and other workforce metrics to support management decision-making.
- Coordinate with Finance to ensure payroll records, labor cost reports, accruals, and HR-related financial data are accurate and aligned.
- Manage recruitment activities from manpower requisition through onboarding, including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, assessment administration, offer preparation, and onboarding documentation in the Plant.
- Coordinate training and people development activities, including annual training plans, training administration, learning records, internship programs, and mandatory compliance training.
- Support the implementation of performance management processes, including performance appraisal administration, performance documentation, and employee development initiatives.
- Conduct regular shopfloor engagement and workforce monitoring activities to support attendance management, discipline, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness.
- Partner with Department Managers, HSE, employee representatives, and other stakeholders to address workforce issues, absenteeism management, overtime control, and employee concerns.
- Maintain employee records, employment documentation, HR databases, and personnel administration in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Support employee engagement, communication, and organizational culture initiatives to promote a positive employee experience.
- Prepare documentation and reports required for internal audits, external audits, labor inspections, and corporate governance requirements.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations, Collective Labor Agreement (CLA), company policies, procedures, and HR governance standards.
- Support HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives related to HR operations, digitalization, reporting processes, and people practices.
- Promote and support Health, Safety, Environment (HSE), Employee Engagement, Diversity & Inclusion, and sustainability initiatives across the organization
Job Specification
- Bachelor's Degree in any major.
- At least 1 year of experience in human resources. Experience inPayrollis a must.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Experience within a rapidly changing organization in a multinational company, preferably within a Manufacturing environment.
- Strong computer application and payroll system.
- High level of motivation & initiative with a self-starter mentality.
- Highly organized with strong time management skills, able to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail.
