Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. The role requires working closely with different teams to ensure that the software meets specific business requirements. The engineer applies modern development frameworks and follows agile methodologies to build scalable and efficient solutions. Collaboration and continuous enhancement of software components are key aspects of the daily routine, ensuring that the delivered products align with evolving business needs and technical standards.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to support their professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.
- Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and approaches that can benefit the team and projects.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in TIBCO MDM.
- Strong experience in designing and implementing master data management solutions using TIBCO MDM.
- Ability to integrate TIBCO MDM with various enterprise systems and data sources.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to data management and system integration.
- Experience with data modeling, data governance, and data quality management within TIBCO MDM environments.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies in the context of TIBCO MDM projects.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in TIBCO MDM.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
