Client Service Representative

Job Overview

As aClient Services Representative you will play a pivotal role in managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and service delivery.

Thisclient-facing rolerequiresstrong analytical skills and the ability tocommunicate effectively in bothHungarianand English. Experience in the pharmaceutical industry will be an additional benefit and we welcome candidates with backgrounds insales, analytics and client-facing roles.

This is a hybrid role, based inBudapest.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as theprimary point of contact for clients, managing their inquiries and requests.
• Analyze client data to identify trends, insights and opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, trainings and reports to clients, showcasing the value of our services.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 2-5 years of experience in client services or a related role, building long term relationships with clients.
• Proficiency in bothHungarianand English languages.
• Strong analyticaland problem-solving skills.
• Excellentcommunication, interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience within thepharmaceutical industrywill be an asset.
• StrongMicrosoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams), withadvanced Excel skills and confidence working with large datasets.
• Basiccode reading and experience withPower Query are an advantage.
