You will be joining our Global People / Talent Acquisition and Employer branding team. We are covering mainly recruitment for local offices, but you can expect cooperation on global projects as well.  

 
Your responsibilities :  

• Sourcing and actively approaching talents in internal and external databases, job boards and social media 
• Building and engaging a network and pipeline of professional contacts 
• Conducting cold calls and pre-screen interviews with the candidates 
• Supporting recruitment process (job description, advertising, interviewing, arranging process) 
• Coordinating candidates during recruitment processes  
• Administrating candidates’ data in ATS 
• Supporting senior colleagues

We offer flexible working hours, we will tailor the working hours to your study schedule 

Basic wage component (brutto): 7,50 EUR/hour
