- Develop creative assets supporting marketing campaigns, clinic launches, promotional initiatives, and organizational prioritiesÂ
- Update and adapt existing materials using approved templates and brand standardsÂ
- Prepare print-ready files, review proofs, manage revisions, and complete final quality checksÂ
- Create localized versions, updates, and reprints of marketing materials for clinics across our growing footprintÂ
- Manage assigned creative projects and deliverables from concept through final productionÂ
- Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Manager and Creative Marketing Specialist to prioritize projects and balance creative workloadsÂ
- Maintain brand consistency across print, digital, and web-based materialsÂ
- Organize and maintain templates, design files, images, production files, and other creative assetsÂ
- Support marketing inventory updates and reordering needs as assignedÂ
- Assist with the design, development, and maintenance of website pages and digital contentÂ
- Make website updates using WordPress or other content management systems and apply basic HTML knowledge for formatting and troubleshootingÂ
- Communicate project progress, timelines, and potential challenges to marketing leadershipÂ

- Maintain confidentiality and security of Protected Health Information (PHI) in accordance with UVVC policies, HIPAA, and applicable laws and regulationsÂ
- Demonstrate and promote a culture aligned with UVVC’s Core Values: Understanding, Nurturing, Ingenuity, Trust, Excellence, and DiversityÂ
