AtVascular Health, every patient interaction matters. We’re looking for aPatient Services Coordinator (Medical Receptionist) to serve as a welcoming, knowledgeable first point of contact for our patients and help keep each visit running smoothly from check-in to scheduling and beyond.Â

Who You AreÂ
You’re organized, approachable, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a busy healthcare environment. You understand that the front desk is more than a check-in point — it’s an important part of the patient experience.Â
You bring:Â
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferredÂ
- 2+ years of customer service experience in a medical settingÂ
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skillsÂ
- Ability to prioritize and stay organized in a fast-paced environmentÂ
- Familiarity with Microsoft OfficeÂ
- Experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW) is a plusÂ
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills preferredÂ
- A patient-first, team-oriented approachÂ
WhatYou’ll Be DoingÂ
As a Patient Services Coordinator with Vascular Health, you’ll help create a seamless experience for patients while supporting the day-to-day operations of the practice.Â
Your responsibilities will include:Â
- Welcoming patients and assisting with the check-in processÂ
- Collecting and verifying insurance and other required patient informationÂ
- Providing intake forms, office policies, and required documentationÂ
- Processing co-pays and paymentsÂ
- Scheduling new and returning patient appointments according to established guidelinesÂ
- Maintaining accurate patient information and records within the EMRÂ
- Auditing schedules to verify patient insurance eligibilityÂ
- Providing patients with support, information, and guidance throughout their experienceÂ
- Protecting the confidentiality and security of Protected Health Information (PHI) in accordance with HIPAA and organizational policiesÂ
- Supporting a collaborative, patient-focused practice environmentÂ
- Performing additional duties as assignedÂ

Total compensation is based on experience and may include base salary, bonuses, and other incentive pay.
