We are looking for areliable and experienced Spanish-speaking ABA Paraprofessional / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to providein-home ABA services for a9-year-old boy in Warwick, NY.

📍 Position Details

• 👦Client: 9-year-old boy

• 🏠Setting: In-home services

• 📅Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:30–5:30 PM

• 📍Location: Warwick, NY

• 💰Pay: $25–$30 per hour

• 🧩Services: In-home ABA support

⚠️ Important

The clientmay display aggressive and challenging behaviors, so candidates must becomfortable managing these behaviors and able to remain calm, patient, and consistent while providing one-on-one support.

✅ Requirements

• 🎓 High school diploma or equivalent

• 🇪🇸Spanish-speaking

• 👧👦 Experience working with children

• 🧩 Experience with children on the autism spectrum or challenging behaviors preferred

• 💪 Comfortable working with aggressive behaviors

• 🤝 Reliable, patient, and responsible

• ❤️ Caring and comfortable providing one-on-one support

• 🏡 Comfortable working in a home environment
