Liquid Personnel is recruiting an experiencedĀ Adult Social Worker to join its clientās Learning Disabilities Team, based at Blackpool.Ā
What will your responsibilities be?
In this role, you will:
- Complete Care Act assessments, carrying out holistic assessments, support plans, and reviews for adults with learning disabilities, ensuring needs are met in the least restrictive way
- Manage complex learning disability caseloads, including risk management, safeguarding concerns, and mental capacity issues
- Coordinate multiāagency interventions to promote safety, wellbeing, and positive outcomes
- Work collaboratively with health and specialist services, including community LD nurses, psychologists, housing teams, day services, and providers
- Deliver personācentred, strengthsābased practice in line with legislation and best practice
